Note: Currently we only accept articles from authors who are employed by university and are faculty members.

Guidelines for contributors

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.

Copyrights for articles published in RPOJ are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. The journal/publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author.

Paper Selection and Publication Process

  • Upon receipt of paper submission, the Editor sends an E-mail of confirmation to the corresponding author within 1-3 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission/email may be missed.

  • Peer review. We use single-blind system for peer-review; the reviewers' identities remain anonymous to authors. The paper will be then peer-reviewed by three experts. The review process may take 5 weeks.

  • Notification of the result of review by E-mail.

  • After publication, E-journal will be available on the journal’s webpage, free of charge to view.

Language & Spelling

Please use standard British English spelling of words such as ‘centre’ or ‘colour’. Where British English has alternative spellings of words such as ‘recognize’/‘recognise’, please use the ‘s’ form, e.g. ‘summarise’. Please use ‘e.g.’ instead of ‘for example’ in the text and in lists of tables/figures. There should be no comma after ‘e.g.’ or ‘i.e.’. You may use this website to convert your text into British English: http://us2uk.eu/

Article should not exceed 3,000 words including footnotes, diagrams, tables and references. The Editorial Board reserves the right to extend this limit in the case of articles of special scientific interest. All manuscripts should be prepared in MS-Word format.
